"Tile Photo Coasters" Children's Workshop
Event Happens: Mar 13, 2010
Southeast Museum of Photography, Daytona State College, 1200 West International Speedway Blvd, Building 1200, Daytona Beach. Tired of flimsy, cardboard coasters that always fall apart or stick to your cup? Our solution: custom tile photo coasters! We guarantee you'll always want to have this set handy to show off to friends and family. Be creative. Use vacation pictures, snapshots of your pets, or even choose your four best friends. Tiles will be given a clear coating to ensure durability. Tile coaster will be made using your pictures. Please bring a wide variety of digital photographs on compact disc or jump drive to the workshop. If you have images that you are unable to scan, please bring them to the museum at least one week before the class so our staff can scan them. Enjoy parent-child art and photography sessions designed for children aged 8-14. Cost: $18 per individual session. Note: Class size is strictly limited, so reserve your spot today! RSVP no later than one week prior to each program date. Reservations are taken on a space available basis. Contact the museum's education office at katsolc@daytonastate.edu or call (386) 506-4569 to register.
